PERIODIC UPDATES:

  • FMCSA Biennial Update: Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires all entities under its jurisdiction to update their information every two years. You are required to provide this update every two years even if your company has not changed its information, has ceased interstate operations since the last update, or is no longer in business and you did not notify FMCSA.

  • MCS-150 Form Update: Form used to notify FMCSA of changes and updates to a carrier’s operation.

USDOT Safety Audit Prep:

USDOT Audit Preparation: Within the first 18 months of establishing an operating authority, carriers must undergo a DOT New Entrant Safety Audit. Several important documents are required in order to pass the audit.
