Get Your FMCSA Authority Approved — Without Delays

Before your MC Authority can be approved, the BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents) must be filed with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

A BOC-3 designates legal process agents in every state who can accept legal documents on your behalf.

It’s a mandatory requirement for all for-hire carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders.
