IRS Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (HVUT) Form 2290 & Schedule 1

Get your IRS Form 2290 & Schedule 1 filed. This tax filing is required for commercial motor vehicles having a taxable gross weight of 55,000 lbs. or more that operate on public highways.

Beneficial Owner Information (BOI) Reporting

Register your business with U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to comply with new federal regulations.

BOC-3 Filing

A BOC-3 designates legal process agents in every state who can accept legal documents on your behalf.
It’s a mandatory requirement for all for-hire carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders.

Without a BOC-3 on file, your authority will NOT be approved.

UCR Registration

Get your UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) completed. This program that applies to motor carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders operating interstate. UCR is required to legally operate. It is enforced during roadside inspections.
